My Approach
I love to get my hands dirty there is nothing better than knowing a home inside and out. It helps immensely in marketing a home or knowing what repairs need to be undertaken. Compass has a great program that allows us to use the homes equity to do some updates, which will help the home sell quicker and for more money. I work with great people who can help us get these projects done, but I can get in there to help get things done by our deadlines.
WHAT DRIVES ME
The relationship with my clients is what has always driven me through my career. The number of sales I have each year is not really important to me. I want to make sure that my clients have the best experience that they can possibly have. I always say the saddest day for me is always the day I give away the keys. The time I spend with my clients through the process of getting to know them better throughout the process is what truly drives me.
